Amy Rosen has been a Doctor of Chiropractic for over 12 years, was a member of Billy Raye’s dance company in Boston MA, an ACE certified group fitness instructor for 14 years, former President of the Tahoe Mothers Club and a mother of two toddlers. The latter is the reason she wanted to get her body back in shape. She was at a friend’s home and noticed she had a pole and was able to do some simple turns and maneuvers. Her friends encouraged her to start pole dancing lessons and after 4 months of practicing on her own pole, at home, she started teaching for Asante Lakeside Fitness Center in April of 2007. With her vast experience in the group fitness industry, combined with her dance experience and her Chiropractic background you can be sure that you will be learning in a fun, safe and comfortable environment. There are curtains up to ensure privacy. All of the students are super supportive of each other, no matter what your size is it is important to love the body you were given and that is what we focus on in class. |
